Our friendly Crèche Assistants’ are on hand to supervise your children aged between three months and eight years, for up to two hours at a time in our Ofsted registered Four Bears Den.
The Four Bears Den
Our Den Manager Emily and her fully qualified and experienced team – Georgia, Nathan, Rhea, Evy and Debbie are on hand to supervise your children for up to two hours per day, in our Ofsted registered Four Bears Den.
The Four Bears Den is open for supervised play from 10am to 5pm (4pm on Sundays), and is a safe haven for babies children aged between three months and eight years.
The Four Bears Den has an array of games, toys and books for every age group. During School Holidays activities are organised around seasonal themes, from face-painting to biscuit-decorating – there is something for everyone.
The Four Bears Den offers three complimentary sessions a day to entertain our younger guests of up to eight years old, two of which are supervised by our fantastic Crèche Assistants, and one is a Family Fun Session (parent accompanied).
10am - 12pm (supervised by Den Staff)
3pm – 5pm (supervised by Den Staff) – Monday - Saturday
2pm - 4pm (supervised by Den Staff) – Sunday
These sessions require pre-booking. You may pre-book one complimentary session per child, per day. This operates on a first come, first serve basis so please ensure to book early to avoid disappointment.
12pm - 2pm (parent-accompanied)
This Family Fun is a very flexible session and does not require pre-booking.
Please note: During peak times and School Holidays the Four Bears Den is likely to be fully booked for some sessions and may have a waiting list. If you have a booked session and do not inform us of your late arrival, unfortunately after 30 minutes of the session the place may be given to another guest on our waiting list.
Outside the Crèche:
We have an exciting Sunday Breakfast Club which runs from 8am – 9.30am for children aged 3 years and over, so you can have a relaxing lay in. (This needs to be booked at Reception, by 6pm every Saturday).
Children’s High Tea is served in either the Conservatory or the Cinema Room from 5pm and followed by the film in the Cinema room at 6pm. Please ensure you arrive as close to 5pm as possible (please check with
Reception for the venue each day).
For older children:
We have an amazing ‘Club Blu’ for the older children with a Wii, Play Station, Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Table Football. (This is unsupervised but located on the lower ground floor, near The Four Bears Den).
Every Saturday from 1pm – 2pm we have Grown-up Crafts (£4.00 per child) where we do jewellery making, Hama beads and porcelain painting! Come and join in the fun!
