Meet the Chef
Nick Claxton-Webb (the good looking one on the right) is Head Chef at The Ickworth Hotel & Apartments and passionately leads the kitchen. He studied at Oxford and Brighton University and then moved onto working at the Randolph hotel for two years, before travelling to Brighton, London, Birmingham and Blackpool. He then moved to France where he planned to work for one year and ended up staying for 10!
