Whether you are organising a dinner party with friends, business gathering, a birthday party, wedding or christening, The Ickworth Hotel is truly a special place.

During the spring and summer months, we can offer our stunning terrace area for guests to enjoy a chilled glass of champagne or perhaps a Pimm's and watch the sun go down across the paddocks.

The following private rooms are available for lunch or dinner:

Boardroom
The Boardroom can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests, making this an ideal room for an intimate gathering with friends and family. The natural light, cream interior, wood panelling and rich burgundy carpet combine to make this a truly elegant room.

Library
Up to 40 guests can be seated in the Library with its grand windows, overlooking the beautiful manicured Italian gardens. The elegance and impressive décor in this dining room makes it the perfect choice.

Chinese Room
The Chinese Room has a unique atmosphere, with it's original hand painted wallpaper which is 150 years old. This is perfect for parties of up to 8 people.

Reception drinks or Champagne, accompanied by a selection of our delicious canapés, can be taken within a lounge area or terrace in the summer prior to the meal.

We have a selection of private dining and buffet menus, which change seasonally and our extensive wine list has an eclectic choice of old and new world wines to suit any menu. Children are very welcome at the Ickworth Hotel and are catered for with their very own ‘Children's menu’ or they can have smaller portions of the main dish chosen.
