Frederick's Restaurant
Awarded two rosettes, Frederick's it is situated in the original Hervey Family dining rooms and is the perfect setting in which to enjoy superb food and wines. Candlelit dinner is a sophisticated adult-only affair - the menu offers modern European cuisine, with a leaning towards the traditional, while the room itself affords splendid views over the immaculately tended lawns, hedges and vistas of the Italian gardens. The Chinese room, with its original 18th century hand painted wallpaper, is ideal for parties of up to eight diners.
Little Ones
Children are amply catered for with their own lunch menu served in The Conservatory. An extensive buffet supper is served in The Conservatory during peak holiday season from 5.00pm to 6.00pm or order from a children's menu during the quieter times. We proudly provide wholesome and nutritious food so everything is freshly prepared from the finest ingredients.
Breakfast
A full English and continental breakfast buffet is available every day in The Conservatory. Choose from pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals or treat yourself to a delicious selection of bacon, sausages, grilled mushrooms, black pudding, baked beans and tomatoes.
