Cooking with Chef

Spend the day in the original 18th century Victorian kitchens with our Head Chef, learning some tricks of the trade.

Join us from 10am – 3pm for practical demonstrations and hands on experience. Enjoy canapés and a glass of wine at midday to keep you going, culminating in lunch with your fellow students.
