Best foot forward – join the annual Suffolk walking festival
This is the biggest event of its kind in the UK, Saturday 11thMay until Sunday 2ndJune the programme includes more than 120 walks suitable for all types of walker. You will discover parts of Suffolk you didn’t know existed.
Ickworth’s Country Estate Fayre, Saturday 29thJune
Our neighbour hosts an annual Country Fayre featuring a selection of artisan stalls, street food pop ups and a children’s zone with storytelling, games and workshops.
There is also an animal corner where you can meet a Suffolk Punch Horse, enjoy a donkey ride and meet various four legged friends.
The National Trust team will be on hand to tell you more about the history of the estate and house.

The Bury St Edmunds Festival runs from the 16th– 26thMay, 10 days of music, theatre, film and exhibitions held in some iconic venues across Bury St Edmonds.
Latitude Festival 16th– 18th August is well known for its relaxed vibe and family friendly zones. With a great line up to enjoy over 3 days if you need to re-charge before you travel home, you know where we are.
